Hi @amithkumarhm,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding driver updates for the HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg1000!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

HP Support Assistant:

  • Download and Install: If not already installed, download HP Support Assistant from the HP website.
  • Run HP Support Assistant: Open the application and navigate to the 'My Devices' tab. Check for any updates specifically for your device. This tool will scan and prompt you to install any available updates, including drivers.

Device Manager:

  • Access Device Manager: Right-click on the Start menu and select Device Manager.
  • Update Drivers: Go through each category in Device Manager, such as Display adapters, Network adapters, etc. Right-click each device and choose 'Update driver'. Select 'Search automatically for updated driver software'.

HP's Official Website:

  • Find Your Model: Go to the HP drivers and support page, and enter the model number of your HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg1000.
  • Download Drivers: Download and install the drivers manually from the section that lists drivers for your laptop model.

Windows Update Settings:

  • Check for Optional Updates: Navigate to Settings > Windows Update > Advanced options > Optional updates. There may be driver updates listed here that aren't automatically installed.

I hope this helps.
