Hello
I had an issue with a system32 error and proceed to troubleshoot in order to reset the PC but during the HP Software installation process, a red window appeared with an error that says:
Unexpected error condition occurred during transiting
Have restart the pc several times but it goes straight to the this red window.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP Cloud recovery client utility.
I have zipped up and attached an info file below for how to use the utility.
This package provides the Cloud Recovery Client for supported models running a supported operating system. This Client Utility enables users to download the Recovery Kit from the cloud

If that doesn't work either, you can clean install W10 by making a bootable USB installer using the media creation tool at the link below.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
