Product: Notebook 15-be014-tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I was coding in my notebook, suddenly my laptop goes blank & I can't get back my screen..I switched off laptop and started again..but it doesn't display anything..and power switch & caps lock keep blinking..I tried resetting the battery but it didn't work... don't know what to do..

Please, provide some background information and details. What happened before this issue started ?
- HP has created an official article about such issues you face now. This blinking is like a Morse Code - It is very important to identify exactly how it blinks, identify the pattern.
- Post back details how exactly and how often it blinks. You may even take a video and post it back.
