Hp Pavilion notebook N5R61UA

Did system recovery back to factory. Now whe trys to reboot just has black screen with HP symbol coming g off and on . Makes one beep sound then hear trying to restart but nothing . Did system diagnosis everything passed. But gave me this address to go too. How to I restore windows 10

I wish I had good news for you, but I don't.

 

What you did SHOULD have worked -- as, according to the HP site, your PC came preinstalled with Win10, and in that case the recovery should go off without a hitch.


Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try: HP PCs - Performing an HP System Recovery (Windows 10) | HP® Customer Support

 

If none of those work, then your only recourse is to order recovery media through this link: HP PCs - Obtaining HP Recovery Discs or an HP USB Recovery Drive | HP® Customer Support
