Product: Zbook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
So this happened today.
My keyboard all of a sudden didn't work (never had this before) so I restarted the computer. During the restart my fans went on 100% and the screen showed the hp sign after 2 minutes. Thought this was taking way too long so I held down the power button for 10 secs and the computer turned off.
Now the power button is lit up but the computer is not turned on. Pressing the button does nothing, even holding it down 1 minute. Effectively, it has turned into a brick.
What on Earth could cause this? The notebook is not hot at all, and the battery was at 50% which usually is 2+ hours.
Anyone have any idea what I should do?

Well, I tried a hard reset (battery 30 sec decoupled) and that did the trick. Still, really weird how that could've happened.
