Hello, everyone! So here is my problem:
My Notebook suddenly turned off. I thought this happened because there was no battery charge left, so I plugged the AC, but no LED appeared. I pressed the Power button, but nothing happened, except that the LEDs on my mouse lighted up during the pressure on the Power button. When the pressure ended, the mouse LEDs turned off. In all of this, the Notebook did not turn on.
I searched the web, the forum and followed this guide(https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01443371), but nothing worked.
I personally think the AC works, because it has a working LED when it's plugged and after some time it was warm.
I also hypotesise that the Notebook experienced a power surge that made it enter in protection mode, as it happened before.
I tried to give every useful information I had. English is not my native language, so please forgive me if anything isn't clear and if I posted in the wrong category. Thank you for your time!

Hey there! @Pollopezzotto,
Have you tried checking with a replacement adapter?
Check if the pin inside the DC (Charging) port is bent or broken.
As you have already tried the steps from the document and since the issue still persists, it certainly sounds like a hardware issue with the laptop.
Please contact HP support for service options.
