Operating System: Chrome OS

Idk how to fill this out I’ve never used this before, but I guess the only information that I know is that this happened randomly the day before the keys didn’t work it was working perfectly fine. So idk what to do I have a second computer that works just as good but i wanna know whats wrong with mines bc if something were to happen to the one im using…now im stuck and wont have a computer🧍‍♀️…so yeah help🥲
