Product: Compaq Presario CQ60
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am having trouble getting my laptop to settle down with Windows 10 v 1903.  I suspect the BIOS might be the problem.  At the moment I have F.32 (11/20/2008).  Is there a newer version and where would I find it?

According to the HP specs I could find, your model came with Vista preinstalled -- and HP is no longer writing BIOS updates for that old a PC.
