Hello @Maureen62

You need a 2nd computer (with internet connection) to prepare <USB flash drive>

HP Recommended

Would a Samsung tablet work?

HP Recommended

You need another computer that runs <windows operating system>.

Ask a neighbor/acquaintance if you don't have a 2nd computer.

The 2nd Computer will be used to prepare the <USB flash drive>.

If you know someone who is good with computers, he can help you. I have already given you the solutions A and B. These are then to be read/followed on the 2nd computer so that the <USB flash drive> is created properly.

ok. That will have to wait until tomorrow as its Saturday evening now and not many available. I will keep this info and try the suggested ways and come back if stoll a problem. Thank you for your help so far.

HP Recommended

Remember to create two <USB flash drives> for Solution A and B

HP Recommended

Ok We will. Thank you

HP Recommended

If you want to be 100% sure

Create <USB flash drive> type 2.0 and 3.0 for Solution A

Create <USB flash drive> type 2.0 and 3.0 for Solution B

So you will have a least 4 <USB flash drives> in your hand...

Report back if you are ready

Good luck
