HP Spectre x360 - 15-df1045nr

I ordered this laptop and the 3 year warranty yesterday. I have been looking for a laptop for a long time and finally decided to go with this one. However, after going through the checkout process my order was declined. I have plenty of money and credit so  I was confused as to why this was happening. I called HP and the agent had me try THREE different cards that all had enough money and credit on them. Each time the agent said it was declined. AFTER, I CALLED MY BANK TO ASK WHY THEY WERE ALL DECLINED AND THEY SAID THEY WERE APPROVED AND CHARGED. HP has charged me 6 times for this laptop saying they are all declined but they took the money and my credit. 

 

I was very concerned about this so I jumped into a chat and they said that I need to contact the sales team via call. I did this and the man said it would take between 24 - 48 hours to call me back. I stated that this is completely unacceptable and he said he escalated the case and that I would be called within a few hours (this was last night). NO CALL CAME and I am very frustrated at this point because I am currently out around $9,000 and I need this laptop on Friday. 

 

Can SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME???????? I have tried calling multiple times and haven't gotten any help.
