Hello, I bought the hp omen 15 twice on and both said were both declined by my dad’s bank. The money still charged on my dad’s debit card even tho both the order was canceled. I would like to get the money back asap because I need it for rent. Thank you.

I bought the 2 hp omens on 2 different accounts but still use the same debit card. I had a guy from hp that made me create another account when the first omen 15 got declined. Then he made the second account and made the 2nd purchase on that account.
