Hola.

Después de instalar WIn 10 Pro, me aparecen 2 dispositivos desconocidos y no detecta los drivers, ni Windows ni HP Support Assistant.

Los dispositivos son:

 - PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2392&CC_0880

- ACPI\VEN_HPQ&DEV_6000

 

¿Alguien me puede facilitar el enlace de las web donde descargar los drivers?

You need this driver for the first device...

 

The JMicron Media Card Reader Driver enables the integrated media card slot in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63637.exe

 

There currently is no driver that will work for the other device (6000).

 

You can try these suggestions, which have worked in the past...
