Overheating, fan running constantly, battery won't hold charge

Hello,

My computer is overheating - very hot to the touch - and the fan runs all of the time.  The battery holds less than one hour of charge.  I had the same problem nine months ago and sent in my computer to HP for them to fix it.  It is doing the exact same thing again.
