Hello my laptop started showing a screen saying 0xc0000225 problem I'm trying to factory reset my laptop because I'm going to hand my laptop to my brother but i accidentally powered it off and it began showing the 0xc0000225 problem screen can someone help me please thanks

(1) Test your hardware Using the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI)

( Since you have older computer, diagnostic program might be slightly different, but functionalities are similar )

(2) if <hard drive> test fails -> replace and reinstall <operating system>

(3) Software and drivers for Windows 7, 8 or 10

Hello we did everything but we still can't fix it so my brother and I decided to just buy a new HP laptop however thanks for the solution that was sent to me even though we cant fix it at least we tried
