Hello,

  I currently have a Dell P1A95UA and I had to replace the hdd as it died.  I installed the OEM windows 10 from Microsoft site and it registered the WIN10 Home with no issues but as I updated the drivers it keeps having issues in which I install programs and they do not launch.  I am also having issues with the mouse when using the touchpad as well as a usb mouse in which the cursor just randomly freezes.  I have checked the drivers with a few programs that ran on it and it says they are all up to date.  

 

I want to know where I maybe able to get a OEM image for this laptop with all the preinstalled drivers as well as the programs from HP, thoughts?

Hi:

 

HP does not sell recovery media for your notebook anymore.

 

The only place I know of where you can get a HP recovery image kit for your notebook would be from this vendor at the link below:
