Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I reset my pc.when trying to boot window installation from usb i got stucked at scaning and reparing drive(:\\?System Partition):100% complet and it says installing window 64%.It just goes bacm and forth between the two.

I try installing bios using usb but hp bios update doesnot apper.

When i did the hard drive check it says 

FALIURE ID : 6C67W8-000AB2-XD7W3G-60XBO3

What does it mean?please someone help
