My PC keeps getting the Drive Error problem where it tells me to restart my PC to fix the C drive, but everytime I restart it, it doesn't fix the drive. Is there any way to fix this?

It's just going to keep doing that until you get fed up and turn it off -- because it can't fix hard drive errors.
Your hard drive needs to be replaced.
Once you have the replacement drive, read the information below about HP Could Recovery to be used to restore your PC to working condition:
If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.
The recovery drive can then be used to install Win10 and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.

Thank you for the help, My PC is still under warranty so I'm going to try and contact HP and see if I can get a replacement drive. Would I repair the C Drive (SSD), or the D drive (HDD), as the one that needs "repairing" is the C drive, which is my SSD.
