Hi, I have three errors showing in Device Manager

1.  PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller

2.  Unknown Device

3.  Unknown Device

All three have same errors as follows:

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There are no compatible drivers for this device.

To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.

I have followed all the instructions in prior threads and downloaded all the intel executable files, after installing restarted the laptop but still all three errors remain intact.  I am using HP Pavilion Intel I core i3 15 inch screen.

Please help.

You're very welcome.

Those ID's are for Intel devices but the 15-fb3000 model series only has AMD drivers because according to the specs, those PC's come with AMD processors and chipsets.

So, this is presenting a bit of challenge;

For the The PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller& the Device ACPI\INT3400 devices, see if this driver works:

Intel Dynamic Tuning Driver

sp153223.exe

Looking into the driver setup information file, I see driver support for those two hardware IDs:

%IdttManager.DeviceDesc% = DptfAcpi,ACPI\INT3400

%PROCBDW.DeviceDesc% = EsifManager10.0,PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1603

See if this driver works for the ACPI\INT340F\2 device:

Intel Collaborative Processor Performance Control (CPPC) Driver

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72001-72500/sp72039.exe

%INTELPCC.DeviceDesc% = IntelHSWPcc,ACPI\INT340F

Hi:

What are the hardware IDs for the devices that need drivers?

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device:

Unknown Device information is as follows:

Device ACPI\INT3400\2&daba3ff&2 requires further installation.

Unknown Device information is as follows:

Device ACPI\INT340F\2&daba3ff&2 requires further installation.

I appreciate for getting back.

Thank you
