Hi, I am having problems with my computer.
Every time I boot the computer, it shows a message saying there is a problem. And when I click it, it takes me to Intel Rapid Storage Technology app. It is showing that PCIe SSD(13GB) Drive of Controller 3, Port 0 is offline. It shows an option to clear the metadata, but I am afraid to do so. I just changed my hard drive from HDD to SSD, but I don't know what the problem is. Searching on the internet did not give me a satisfying answer. Please help me with this. Thank you.

Hi@DragonLord174,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing SSD issues with the HP Pavilion laptop after booting to windows.
I have a few recommendations
- Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
- Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
- Try doing Reset PC Keep my files from windows and check if it works.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
