I have a brand new Laptop... When using my 3D program, Blender, to model and create animations, the laptop crashes to a blue screen and then restarts.. My graphics chip Nvidia GeForce MX250 is upgraded to the newest driver from Nvidia website... The driver on HP did not help the situation and someone told me to upgrade to the newest one... I'm frustrated and stressed out trying to use my program and it CONTINUALLY CRASHES...
i need help fixing this problem... I love the new laptop but am NOT happy that I cannot use my program....
PLEASE HELP!!!
THANKS

thank you for your reply...
I contacted the program developers and the folder the program puts in it when it is installed, something was causing it to crash... other people were saying it might be my drivers and told me to contact HP... I found a link to contact the program's developers and they had me run a bug report for the program and send to them.. then had me move the program's folder out of the AppData\Roaming folder and move it to another folder. I did that and the crashing of the computer stopped...
have a good day
thank you
