I read other messages in the community and tried the restart codes but they don't work

Unfortunately, for problem with passwords you will need to contact an HP agent.
Sign in to your support page
Select the product you need help with and scroll down to support options.
Select "Contact us". You can change country and language if necessary.

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:

4d. No posts shall include instructions or directions intended to bypass or subvert security measures, including passwords, locking mechanisms, fingerprint scans, etc., or to bypass any safety measures.

thanks, the only problem is that for the notebook model in question the technical support tells me that it is out of production and they can't do anything about it...

I think you just need to prove that you are the original owner of the laptop.  Try to get a different HP rep by calling at different times other then the 9-5 at your location.  You can always ask Copilot.
