Product: HP 2000-369wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I can not remember the password and a blue lock screen says administrator password or power on password comes on as soon as it starts and after 3 tries it says system disabled.  I need to know how to get past this so I can recover the laptop.  It won't let me get past this blue screen to do anything. Tried F7, F11, and escape key with no luck. After it gives a code 64026348

Hi,

 

At the password screen, hit enter 3 times and you should receive a 'halt code' - post back with this code.
