Payment for ordering recovery media

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I tried to order the recovery media to recover my OS. The website shows the recovery media is available for my model. When I came to the payment page and entered my credit card info then click "Next", I was always redirected to the Customer Support page. No payment confirmation or successful payment page was shown. Then I checked my credit card and there was no charge from my card.  Is  it a technical issue of the website or does it mean the recovery media isn't available for my model? I tried to make payment for many times with different computers and browsers but same thing happened every time. Are there any other ways to order the recovery media?

Hi,

You do not need to purchase recovery media as you can create it on your computer or on a different computer using HP cloud recovery.

You can also create installation media directly from Microsoft by using the media creation tool on your or a different computer.
