Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-en0028no

I have a game called Roblox and when i open it, it crashes my whole PC. This have never happened to me before. When i open a different game like Minecraft, my pc does not crash. Is there something wrong? I updated all the drivers, checked if i had viruses, it did not. Updated the firmware, nothing worked. Reinstalling does not work too. Can somebody help me asap?
