Hi i tried to recover my laptop. a 

HP 15-g010nd Notebook-PC (ENERGY STAR)

i can start the recovery manager but when i select recover.

The recovery manager says that the recovery partition is removed.

But i still see d: (recovery)

How can i recover the system to factory settings even the manager in F11 wont let me recover
