Hello,
After formatting my HP laptop and reinstalling Windows, I am experiencing a clear performance loss.

The system was working normally before the format, but now overall performance is lower. CPU speed seems limited even under load, and the device does not perform as expected.

Power mode is set to High Performance. Drivers and BIOS are updated, but the issue continues.

I need help to restore the original performance of the device.

I recently installed a new Windows on my device, and I only have one game that I used to get a stable 60fps in, but now I can't get above 30fps.
