You're very welcome.
The storage test would be the 'hard drive' test, so if it passed, you should be able to proceed with reinstalling W10.
Before you do that, you may want to try the F11 system recovery option and see if that method factory resets the notebook.

Hi:
First run the system diagnostics test (F2), and see what it reports.
There are no removable hard drives in there to replace.
The 32 GB eMMC drive is part of the motherboard.
If the hard drive passes the diagnostics test, you can reinstall W10 by using the W10 media creation tool on another Windows PC at the link below.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
The tool will allow you to make a bootable W10 installation flash drive (you will need a 4 GB flash drive for this).
The software will work with the W10 product key in your PC's BIOS and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
Then you can install the drivers and available software you need from your PC's support page.

If the hard drive fails the diagnostics test, the motherboard would have to be replaced.
Hopefully, the notebook is still under warranty.
If not, if it were me, I wouldn't pay to get it fixed.
