Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

On my MSI GS73 Stealth 8RF laptop, I cannot open my power and battery settings, they just load endlessly. The issue is identical to this one: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Operating-System-and-Recovery/Windows-11-power-and-battery-lo... . I went through all the steps suggested to repair it: I checked for windows updates, I ran SFC and DISM scans, I uninstalled my battery driver and let it reinstall. My device is missing the power troubleshooter, and I couldn't open the power and battery section of the system performance settings like suggested because that is the very thing that is not loading. Just like the original poster, when I went to check and enable or restart my services, I had no battery service to start or restart. But from there, the person helping them messaged them privately, so I don't know if they ever found a solution that would work for me.

HP Recommended

Repair windows by install current version of windows. Follow this link guide for that:
