Respected sir/ madam

 
With all due respect I would like to tell you that for the past three day my laptop was not working, it was under warrenty so I registered a complaint to your customer care and they send an engineer. He came and checked the laptop and wrote down that it was suspected of moisture damage which was caused due to the low temperature of the A.C and send you the report. He didn't wrote anything about liquid spilling or external damage as it never happened
 
And I can assure you that before him I did not took it to any other engineer or opened it up my own. 
There was no water spill near or on the laptop, so how could it be liquid damage in anyways. 
Its my humble request to kindly look into the matter and help me out with my problem
