Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My daughter's laptop is broken, and I am trying to repair it. Half the keyboard doesn't work, but it takes a USB keyboard just fine. The issue is, when I boot up the computer, the first thing that shows up is, "Enter administrator password or power on password." It doesn't take the admin password I'm sure I used when I set it up, and displays "System Disabled" after 3 unsuccessful attempts. The code displayed is [I 76775424]. Can you help me fix my daughter's laptop? She's bugging me to death wanting to play Skyrim.
