Hi,
After running a HP Hardware Diagnostics, I got an ID for battery failure: M373VH- A4W901-XD7U3G-C0AS03
Presumably, that is to do with the low storage capacity of the battery, as I received HP battery alert [Primary (internal) Battery (601)] a few times when starting it up since November.
If that is the case, could someone guide me to where I can get it repaired in the UK or find a replacement battery and provide a model number for this laptop please?
