VH2000 211221 Finally Success!
Dear VH2000, after last I heard from you, I kept trying to continally update my Windows 10 and my drivers. Apparently my Netbook updates very slowly. Since I don't have Internet at home, I took the Netbook to a WiFi location several days in a row and queried Windows updates. Finally today, Dec 21, the power on/off switch started to function properly, so I tried the sleep function and that worked properly also! So I reinstalled hibernate using admin command prompt, and that worked, too!
What do you think caused the change in the power on/off switch?
Thanks for your help. JC
