Dear VH2000. Thanks for your response.
It should be the latest version of Win 10. I switched from Win 7 to Win 10 in mid November. Also, I have updated it since them.
I will do as you ask, but I don't have the computer with me right now..
This string is getting very long. I would suggest I start a new posting sequence. JC

It's this

But you get it with the December Windows update automatically.

I'll try it in an hour or two on the op sys update. In the meantime, because this string got too long, I opened a new topic at https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Operating-System-and-Recovery/Problem-Win-10-Hibernation/m-p/.... Please do a comment there to open it up. JC

Hy There!
I have also an HP Notebook, Intel Atom 2GB RAM. The first problem with my HP Notebook is that whenever I start my Notebook in the middle of starting setup my system got hanged but when I restart the Notebook it works smoothly. And the second problem is that when I open any Website's URL my HP Notebook again got hanged. Kindly suggest me solution to all these problems. Do you say My Notebook is required to increase RAM to run smoothly?

- On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and type cmd. Then click on Command Prompt and click Run as administrator
- Type powercfg.exe /hibernate off && powercfg.exe /hibernate on and press Enter.
- Again, try to put your PC to sleep and wake it up to see if it functions properly
