HP EliteBook 820 G2 Base Model Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hi

I am trying to install a clean operating system (Win 8.1 64 bit pro) on an Omnibook 820 G2. The disk is new and clean.
Unfortunately, I can't download all the drivers from the HP website - there is a "find drivers" button on the site, which I'm guessing is supposed to search for drivers for a specific computer / operating system / configuration. Unfortunately pressing it does NOTHING. Nothing just happens....
I tried it in three different browsers - no effect.
I tried manually downloading drivers and installing them, and unfortunately in the device manager I am left with one unidentified device without a driver, and, for example, keyboard functions like brightness adjustment (with the fn key) do not work.
Can any of you help in downloading all the necessary drivers / software? Preferably so that I have them saved to disk just in case....
Thank you in advance...

Hi, @JakubJ

I don't believe any of the support pages are working right now.

I just tried to find drivers for another model notebook and the 'wheel' keeps spinning.

I tried the 820 G2 and I get the same problem.

Use the W8.1 driver pack from the matrix at the link below.

Hi

I don't have AdBlock - it's a clean install.
I tried Edge, IE, Chrome - always the same - no effect....

Yes, it looks like the site just isn't working.
I checked two more browsers and the effect is the same.

This is how companies that have users in... behave.

Thank you for your help!
