Hp 620 notebook
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi I have currently purchased a hp 620 notebook from Facebook however I couldn't play games without the administrator password. I fully reset the laptop back to factory settings without saving personal files and now when I turn it on I get the hp logo then a black screen then it resets. It will not give me the option to reset reboot in the boot options.

How can i fix this or will i have to reboot the notebook with a new windows 10 ?

@Connor9552

There's nothing to stop you from installing Win10 on this PC, but if it has never been running Win10, then it's not registered with MS for that  -- and likely, you won't be able to activate until you purchase a license for Win10.

You MIGHT get activation still for free, but just giving you a heads-up on what to expect.
