Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

La laptop enciende pero no me deja acceder a la pantalla de Windows. Cuando le doy a encender la laptop me pone a elegir el keyboard layout, elijo español y me pasa a choose an option que esta ( Troubleshoot) y (Turn off your PC) le eh dado click a todos y nada me funciona.
