After updating Windows 10 stopped working: sound, touch input, battery is not detected. How to fix? I reinstalled the drivers from hp.com.

Hello @ОАЫ
Привет!
In order to bring back your device to normal usage...
If you made a small monthly update
Please, uninstall the latest updates, from Settings -> Updates & Security
>> https://www.howtogeek.com/235474/how-to-roll-back-builds-and-uninstall-updates-on-windows-10/
If you made a major / build upgrade
Please, revert back to your previous (older) Windows 10 build. Here is how to do it:

- Which is the Windows 10 build you use ? You may get this information from Start -> type and run winver
- What exactly is your computer model and p/n -> here is how to find it >> http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108

Apologies for the late reply.
So, you now have version 1709 and it was updated ? Updated with what - could you please elaborate ? Did you try the initial suggestion to revert back the update ?
Could you provide your product number as requested above ?
Please, provide as many details as possible - this is the best way to receive help.
