Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I ordered the HP 17" Touch Laptop Core i5 8GB RAM 1TB HDD w/ 16GB Optane from QVC 12/2018 and it’s been giving me trouble since. Was getting the blue screen since we first turned it on, then it finally stopped and then wouldn’t load up.  We never got the change to upload or download and programs, photos or any files to the computer. The support page lead me to believe it was something with the optane. Sent it in twice for repairs and still don’t work, now it won’t power up or charge anymore of course now the the warranty ran out. I’m so frustrated now. I have a computer with great memory, storage and speed and it don’t work.  Is anyone else having the same problem.  I doubt if I ever buy another HP again.
