Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The laptop turns on and freezes when the HP icon is shown. The operating system does not start. Sometimes a blue recovery screen appears when you turn it on. Nothing happens when you try to restore. I made a diagnosis, it shows that the error is in the short Dst. Boot device not found. Asks to install the operating system. Failure id: QBQ80J-96VB75-XD7W36-60UN03

Please repeat <HP Diagnostics> and do Long DST (drive self test)

Hard drive
  • 1 TB 5400 rpm SATA    <--- Could be defective !
  • 16 GB PCIe® NVMe™ Intel® Optane™ Memory for storage acceleration

 

Please report your results ( pictures of status and error messages )
