Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good day,

Hope you are doing well.

I'm trying to install Windows 10 on the new computer (purchased in 2021). But during the installation, it doesn't find the disk NVMe. For installation was used MediaCreationTool21H1.

Please text me back possible solutions. Probably it is necessary to make some changes in bios. The version of bios is AMI F09.

And it is not availible to change UEFI.

Thanks

Hi:

I can't find any specs on your notebook.

If it has an Intel 11th generation core processor you have to use a specific method to install W10.

See the info at the link below.

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-15-f2000-laptop-pc-series/35900344/model/35900346/document/c...

To save you time, I have zipped up and attached the storage controller driver you need to use, below.

Download and unzip the file to its folder and copy the F6 folder to your USB floppy drive so you can follow the instructions to browse to it.
