Thanks for the reply, request you to delete the partition and combining the partition as a single drive.

There are several 3rd party tools that might help you in this regard.

Found this Microsoft post that could help you.

Please backup your data before making any changes to the partition as it might affect the computer from booting correctly.

Greetings @Trideb18,

Thanks for the post.

I understand that your C drive shows 87GB instead of 1TB, is that right?

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

May I know the exact product number of your computer? Click here. Please do not share the serial number of your computer.

Have you changed the operating system on your computer?

Have you tried changing the partition in disk management?

Request you to provide more information so that I can assist you better.

Keep me posted.

No my Computer drive is showing 87GB, but in Settings it's showing This PC 0.99TB.
I tried to troubleshoot but it didn't help me a lot.
No I didn't change the OS, but two days ago I made a new partition, which caused my disk to be converted to Dynamic.

Thanks for the help. I'm so grateful to you now. I still have 10 months warranty, so if I tell them to do a clean installation of the latest Windows 10, will they do it, and also install the inbuilt softwares?

Thanks for the reply, you can do a clean install of Windows 10 if you want. Based on the specifications of your computer, your computer was bundled only with FreeDos 2.0. Click here.

You can download and install the drivers from www.hp.com/drivers enter the product number of your computer on the driver page to get the drivers for your computer.

Alternately, you can install and run HP Support Assistant to update the drivers automatically. Click here to know more about HPSA.

Please do post your technical queries on our Forums for assistance.
