Trying to do a recovery from the HP Could Recovery Tool, but I get the error of Product ID is Not Match or Invalid, but the ID is the one automatically entered from the HP notebook, it is the same ID stamped on the bottom of the notebook and the same product ID (except #ABA on end) on HP's website when you enter the serial# so why won't it be accepted
