Product information not valid

Product: Hp pavilion g7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I had this laptop for a long time and it never gave me problems but i opened it up to put 16gb of ram cause it was getting slow and when i turned it back on again this error popped up and is saying its missing the product name serial number product number and system CT number and its fine cause i can still see them they are not scratched out or anything i just need to know how to enter them.

Also i would not mind having to delete everything and have to wipe it, the only thing is i don’t remember my windows product key.
