Windows 11 Quick Settings panel opens blank

Hi, I’m using Windows 11 on my HP laptop. When I click the Wi-Fi/volume/battery icons in the bottom-right corner of the taskbar, the Quick Settings panel opens but it’s completely empty. No buttons or sliders appear, just a blank gray box. Because of this, I can’t access Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, volume or brightness settings from there. I’ve attached a screenshot. How can I fix this?

HP Recommended

This can be caused by corrupted Windows files or a hardware component. You can try fixing it by performing a repair, as described in the Microsoft article below. Although the repair should not delete your personal data or files, it is always a good practice to back up your important files beforehand.
