Most likely your integrated GPU is allocated RAM as its frame buffer. If I am not mistaken, you can lower value in the BIOS (to enter the BIOS click the F10 key). The reason why it reserves system RAM is due to integrated GPUs having no VRAM (separate RAM) as compared to dedicated GPUs which in turn causes it to use a fragment of the system RAM to compensate.

My Setup:
HP Notebook: HP 14-dk0028wm
Current Operating System: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
