Product: Pavillion BS018CL
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I installed new HD. Tried to use Cloud Recovery Tool.  I am using a different pc to download recovery for my particular model.The download fails partway through. Is there another way to download the operating system.

Yes, you can also reinstall W10 as this way...

 

Make bootable installation media using the media creation tool at the link below.

 

You will need to have access to another working Windows PC, and an 8 GB USB flash drive.

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

Then you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
