It looks like you were interacting with @the_Foesette, but he is out for the day & I'll be glad to help you out,
I'm the Riddle_Decipher & I'm at your service.
I have reviewed your post and I recommend you attempt the "windows recovery environment" after you create a backup of your personal data into an external hard drive, etc...
This would revert your windows back to factory defaults resolving all the issues in the process, alternatively, Click here to obtain a recovery media from HP and use it to restore factory defaults via HP if the WIndows Recovery environment doesn't work.
If I have helped you resolve the issue,
Feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon
Followed by clicking on 'Accepted as Solution'
And Have a great day ahead!

Excuse me,
Can i ask, is it compulsory to plug in the USB stick containing Recovery image into USB port while i am doing the recovery environment process??
So the recovey process will/ will not working if i am not inserting the media that i created??
Thanks to answer me.

Thank you for responding,
It's great to have you back 😉
Just to make sure we are both on the same page, the recovery media HP refers to contains the OS reinstallation software to restore factory settings back to the defaults, if you are referring to the same thing, it should work only when connected to the USB port.
And that's the only way it will work.
Let me know if you have any other questions,

Hi
I've already do the recovery using Hp Recovery Manager without plug the USB that i created.
But why the Windows version going to the old one? version 1511 and also the OS build is outdated one.
I thought i will get back my previous Windows 10 as i bought from HP.
So sad. and all the features inside feeling old.
How to get the latest Windows 10's version???

Hi @WexyMaxy,
All you need to do is run the windows updates on the computer and you will have the latest version of windows on your computer.
Hope that answers your question.
Take care.
