What is the maximum amount of RAM that an hp envy 16 (2022) laptop can support?

Your notebook has two memory slots and can support up to 2 x 16 GB of DDR5-4800 memory.

When replacing RAM, hp envy 16 stopped turning on

I purchased memory: 2 sticks. DDR5 4800 16 gb

Swapped native memory for 8 GB. The result is the same. The computer does not turn on. The indicator on the power button is not lit. Please, is there a solution?

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know why the Samsung memory you purchased didn't work.
