Ran Update now stuck in Automatic Repair loop

My computer asked to update last Friday. Today when I tried turning it on it goes to blue screen saying can not complete automatic repair.  I tried F2 and ran test nothing found wrong.  Now I tried F11 restore but says no point to restore

Since the hardware diagnostics passed and you do not have a restore point available, your options are :

• If the update that installed was a regular monthly update, you may first try to remove all recently installed updates from the recovery options during boot up.
  If the updates cannot be uninstalled or the above does not help, your only option will be to reinstall Windows from scratch (or perform HP Recovery to restore to factory default condition)
  
  
• If the update that installed was Windows 10 new build , a.k.a. feature upgrade, then you can try to revert to previous build from the start up recovery options >> https://www.windowscentral.com/how-use-startup-repair-fix-boot-problems-windows-10
  Again, if the updates cannot be uninstalled or the above does not help, your only option will be to reinstall Windows from scratch (or perform HP Recovery to restore to factory default condition)
