Hi I have a problem with my pc for a few months, in practice it has some sudden freeze: both when I see a video on ytoutube and both when I'm on the desktop. I state, I opened the PC only once after a month to add a bank of ram and change hard disk, after I closed it and everything went well . But a few months ago I noticed min freezes and I left them thinking they were a passenger, but I find myself still today with those mini freezes but more frequent.
Someone help me I do not know what to do anymore it's frustrating
Ps # the model of my hp 250 g6 pc

Hi @Nick101
There are lots of things which could this issue (both hardware and software) but since this happened after you added RAM, please, open the PC and remove the additional RAM you added. Leave only the built-in (standard) RAM chip. Test it this way to see how it goes.
For some common issues:
1. Check your computer for hardware failures to rule out a hardware problem (F2) option - BIOS/UEFI tests - here is how >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6JXUp43ahHA
Perform quick/fast test *or* if these are not present, perform HDD and RAM tests
2. If you use Windows 10 only - use DISM program to repair corrupted Windows installation image
Open CMD with Admin rights and run/type there DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Here are more details. >> https://www.windowscentral.com/how-use-dism-command-line-utility-repair-windows-10-image
3. Scan your PC for threats, viruses, malware...
3.1.... Run the free ESET Online Scanner >> http://download.eset.com/special/eos/esetonlinescanner_enu.exe
Scan your PC for viruses, threats and unwanted/unsafe applications - remove if anything found.
3.2.... Run AdwCleaner >>https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/
3.3.... Run Kaspersky TDSS Killer >> http://media.kaspersky.com/utilities/VirusUtilities/EN/tdsskiller.exe
Let me know in details if they found something and what it was.... Keep me posted

Did you also check for threats/viruses/malware ? How about the DISM command ?
Ensure your drivers and Windows are updated , please - Go to Settings - Updates&Security

yes, I checked for viruses / malware. The PC is up-to-date, because I formatted and reinstalled Windows three days ago. I used it from the Microsoft website. I also performed a mem test and not errors, I also did a HDD test and not errors. what can it be!?

Well, if this is the case, probably some Windows updates are installing, telemetry tasks running.
Click on Start -> type winver and open the program
Let me know which build you have

Try downloading and running DWS to disable telemetry tasks and apps
